Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Zazu garment. If there's a sizing issue, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and reason (sizing issue)
  • We'll provide a return shipping label or address
  • Send the unworn, unwashed garment in original condition
  • We'll dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days of receiving your return

Return Shipping

We'll provide a return shipping label for use within South Africa. Simply pack your garment and drop it off at any courier location.

What's Returnable

Garments must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags
  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns of garments that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

What's Not Returnable

Final sale items and custom orders cannot be returned unless there's a defect or error on our part.

Defects

If you receive a garment with a defect (printing issue, seam damage, material fault), please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a full replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned garment, we'll process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
